The Dylan Harper NBA Rookie Debut Patch Autograph 1/1 and Kon Knueppel NBA Rookie Debut Patch Autograph 1/1 will appear in the same Fanatics September Premier Auction as Flagg's card. The three-card consignment was confirmed August 28. Bidding runs September 10-24.

Harper's card carries the special patch from his San Antonio Spurs debut; Knueppel's carries the patch from his Charlotte Hornets debut. Both are signed one-of-ones from the inaugural NBA program. PSA cert 174848385 records a GEM MT 10 card grade and GEM MT 10 autograph grade. The PSA/DNA population was one with none higher when checked August 28. PSA abbreviates the card number as #CF on the label; Topps' checklist code is DPA-CF.

The dual 10 matters because bidders can now judge the finished card instead of pricing an unseen redemption. It removes condition and autograph-grade uncertainty, improves presentation, and should help liquidity. It does not guarantee an auction result.

Why this card matters

This is the flagship card from the first licensed NBA Rookie Debut Patch Autograph program. Flagg wore three removable NBA Debut patches in his October 22, 2025 debut. Topps selected the first patch he wore for this card and destroyed the other two patches, making this the only surviving NBA Debut patch from that game.

BCI's working auction estimate remains $3 million to $4 million including buyer's premium. That is a forecast, not a floor, guarantee, or completed sale. The range is supported by Flagg's existing six-figure card market, the $1 million jersey from the same debut, seven-figure Topps game-used patch sales, and established basketball grails in the same price tier.

The price would still require an aggressive premium. At $3 million, the card would sell for about 2.7 times the Skenes result and 8.2 times Flagg's current public card record. At $4 million, those multiples rise to 3.6 and 10.9. The dual PSA 10 result removes condition risk, but buyers are still underwriting Flagg's career, a new basketball-card format, and a thin pool of future bidders.

The range is intentionally wide. The Fanatics auction will be the first credible price discovery for the card, and the final buyer-facing total should be treated as a comp only after the auction closes and the transaction is verified.

Collector verdict
