What gets corrected and logged
- Material factual errors, incorrect card or set identifications, broken sourcing, and changes that affect a ranking or collector takeaway are corrected as soon as they can be verified.
- Small spelling, grammar, formatting, and accessibility fixes may be made without a separate log entry when they do not change the meaning of the page.
- A correction note should explain what changed and why. It should not quietly rewrite the record or hide an earlier mistake.
