Using BCI

BCI publishes independent basketball-card research, rankings, educational material, and collector decision tools. The site is provided for personal, informational use.
Market values, print-run estimates, grading outcomes, recommendations, and other tool results are estimates—not financial, investment, legal, tax, authentication, or appraisal advice. Verify exact card identity, condition, provenance, fees, and transaction terms before acting.
You may not abuse the service, bypass access controls, attempt to access another collector's private data, interfere with availability, or use automated access in a way that materially burdens the site or violates applicable law.

Section

Collector profiles are free, private, and intended for one person. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account or email-code access and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
BCI may suspend or remove an account that abuses tools, threatens site or user security, infringes rights, or violates these terms. Public guides and ordinary first-result tool workflows do not require an account.
You can export or delete your BCI account data from Settings & Privacy. Newsletter enrollment is optional and governed by separate consent.

Section

BCI's original writing, data organization, software, branding, and presentation remain BCI property except where a third-party source or rightsholder is identified. Do not republish substantial portions as your own product or dataset without permission.
Third-party sales, checklist, image, grading, marketplace, and authentication sources remain subject to their own terms and may change or become unavailable.
BCI can correct, update, retire, or temporarily disable content and account features. No uninterrupted availability, specific market outcome, grading result, or completeness guarantee is made.

To the extent permitted by law, you use BCI and make buying, selling, grading, and collecting decisions at your own risk. BCI is not responsible for indirect losses or third-party transactions arising from use of the site.
These terms may be updated when features, providers, or legal requirements materially change. The current revision date appears on this page; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
