Michael Jordan PMG Red Sells for $1.47 Million
A $1.47 million PMG Red and a $1.20 million Fleer buyback led Jordan’s August auctions. Nine card sales show the range from rare inserts to signed rookies and game-worn patches.

Michael Jordan’s 1997-98 Metal Universe PMG Red sold for $1,473,989 at Alt on August 18, 2026. Ten days of August auctions also brought a $1,204,750 Fleer buyback autograph and an $869,250 Jordan–Isiah Thomas dual Logoman.

PMG Red: $1,473,989
The BGS 8 copy is numbered 52/100. Jordan’s 1997-98 Metal Universe PMG has 100 numbered copies: the first 10 are Green, and the remaining 90 are Red.
Two signed Fleer rookies, two different issues
Heritage’s $1,204,750 card is a manufacturer-issued 2006 Fleer buyback: an original 1986 rookie signed by Jordan and numbered 11/23. The card received BGS 8.5, with a BAS 10 autograph.
The $516,000 Fanatics result is a separately signed 1986 Fleer rookie, graded PSA 8/Auto 10. It carries the same famous rookie design, but it is outside Fleer’s numbered buyback program.
Jordan–Isiah Dual Logos: $869,250
The 2004 SP Game Used Authentic Fabrics Dual Logos 1/1 combines Jordan and Isiah Thomas with NBA logo patches from their game-worn home jerseys. Heritage sold the PSA Authentic copy for $869,250.
BCI's Player Card Counter shows 274 Jordan cards in SP Game Used, including five Logoman 1/1s. Jordan and Isiah appear together on eight cards in the product, but #JT is the only 1/1 and the only Logoman. No other indexed set has a Jordan/Isiah 1/1 or Logoman, making it their only dual Logoman 1/1 across the full database.
Fleer PSA 10 rookies near $400,000
Two unsigned 1986 Fleer Jordan rookies in PSA 10 sold six days apart: $414,800 at Heritage and $408,000 at Fanatics, a difference of about 1.6%.
Star and Essential Credentials Future
A 1984 Star #101 PSA 8 brought $504,000 at Fanatics. Heritage’s Essential Credentials Future, PSA 7 and numbered 37/72, sold for $390,400.
Game Jersey Gold: $408,000
The 1998 Upper Deck Game Jersey Gold autograph /23, graded BGS 9, sold for $408,000 at Fanatics. Its game-worn jersey swatch and Jordan signature put it among the early Upper Deck memorabilia autographs represented in these auctions.
An unopened Star collection: $93,940
Goldin also sold a 1986 Star Court King complete unopened 11-team-bag collection for $93,940 on August 20. This was a collection of unopened team bags, so it is listed separately from the nine individual cards.
